A 30 minutes recipe using prawns for your starter menu.

INGREDIENTS :
Prawns (cleaned and deveined) 200 gms
Soy sauce 1/2 tsp
Oyster sauce 1/2 tsp
Oil 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Lemon juice 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
Onions (finely chopped) 2 tbsp
Coriander leaves (chopped) 2 tsp
Bread slices (cut into small cubes) 5
Oil for deep frying
PREPARATION :
Mashup prawns with a knife and roughly chop. Add salt, pepper, soy sauce, oyster sauce, lemon juice, 1/2 tsp of oil, onion, and coriander leaves and mix well.
Mix well and place it in the fridge for about 15 minutes.
Dip the spoon into water and scoop about a tablespoon of the prawns' mixture onto your wet hand. Roll it gently into a round ball and coat with the bread cubes.
Deep fry them in medium hot oil for about 3-5 minutes or until golden brown. Drain on kitchen paper before serving.
