INGREDIENTS
Hard-boiled Eggs 10
Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
Tomato ketchup 2 tbsp
Shezwan chutney 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
White pepper powder 1 tsp
Mixed herbs 1 tsp
Coriander leaves (fresh chopped) 1 tbsp
Bread slices 16
PREPARATION :
Cut all the hard-boiled eggs into small cubes and keep aside.
Now in a medium-size mixing bowl add all the remaining ingredients except bread and give it a good mix, now add the eggs to the dressing and stir it gently to incorporate everything well.The filling is ready.
Take 8 slices of bread and divide the egg mixture equally and spread them well, now with the remaining 8 slices of bread cover each bread slice loaded with egg mixture and your sandwiches are ready to eat.
Note :
It is an excellent option for morning breakfast or for outings as you can make the egg mixture in advance and refrigerate it.
